PGXC is a tool for planning paragliding cross-country flights and competition tasks. It is available on the web at pgxc.app and as an Android app. By using it you accept these terms.
PGXC is a planning aid, not a navigation instrument. Weather, thermal, airspace and site data come from third parties and may be incomplete, inaccurate or out of date. Always check official sources (airspace, NOTAMs, weather) before flying. You alone are responsible for every decision you make before and during a flight.
You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for what is done with it. You can delete your account and its data at any time from the delete account page.
PGXC is free to use. Premium is an optional monthly or yearly subscription that renews automatically until you cancel it. Payments are handled by Stripe on the web and by Google Play in the Android app. You can cancel anytime from your account page or from Google Play; access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds follow the policies of the payment provider and applicable law.
Do not misuse the service: no attempts to break or overload it, no automated scraping, and no use that breaks the law or the rights of others. We may suspend accounts that do.
The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, PGXC is not liable for any damage, injury or loss arising from the use of the service or the data it shows.
We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version; continuing to use PGXC after a change means you accept it.
